I think it would be well to remind the Medical Officer who re-examines Mr. Churchill that the latter's duties involve not only office work in reading and writing reports and scrutinising plans but also outdoor inspection of works, including buildings, in process of construction.

For many months before he left the Colony Mr. Churchill was unfortunately unable to assist in such inspections.
